A great start to NHS Tayside's Cohort 6 of the Supporting Clinical Leaders Programme. MH and adult nurses working at AfC 6/7 from across the board came together today, discussing what leadership means to them. The afternoon was spent in a Q&A with some of our senior leaders. ❤️
