Cllr Mark Houlbrook and Veteran Coordinator celebrate a special birthday with 104 year old Fred. He served with the Kings Own Light Infantry and landed on the beaches of Normandy during the D-Day landings. Happy birthday Fred. Thankyou for your service!!
