Reus 2 flew under a lot of radars last year, but is Overwhelmingly Positive rated on Steam. Nothing quite like it. It's like an ecological worker-placement board game, kinda? You command elemental giants to build synergistic ecologies for picky humans. store.steampowered.com/app/1875060/Re…

The Cataclysm update tomorrow is literally game-changing. It makes humans a LOT more complex. They can develop relationships (good or bad) with your Giants or other civilizations, and sometimes go to war. If they get too troublesome, you can smite them with 'natural' disasters.

And the Ice Age DLC (also tomorrow) adds a new frozen tundra biome, new human leaders (some of who really like this 'war' thing), and new eras, like the Nuclear Age. Needless to say, that one can get messy. Oh, and here's the launch trailer a day early: youtube.com/watch?v=uUcH_q…
