Eco-fact: Did you know that oysters, mussels and clams are incredible natural water filters? They can clean up to 200 litres of water per day, whilst also absorbing carbon dioxide and nitrogen in the water around them to keep their ecosystems thriving. Unsung heroes of the sea!
