Finished a 1:40:45 tonight, pb pace until ttc. Starting to get more runs now

Lost a barely 1:38 pace run to carpetless, and that run lost 40 in ssl, and 10 in hmc. Opens my eyes a bit more at the potential there still is for me

Had a nice week long family trip in Washington state this week. Beautiful state, so much to see here. Also got to feed some alpacas 🦙 today. Back on the 120 grind tomorrow 👍

My cat just came up so clutch, she found a big ass roach that I had lost track of trying to catch in my room earlier, and was able to successfully remove of the roach thanks to her 😼
