Good luck to all Cumbria Life Food and Drink Award finalists tomorrow night @KendalCollege! Big night also for chef Rich Axford and students. Most of all, tomorrow I’ll be remembering the wonderful Matt Campbell, last year’s Rising Star winner, who had the world at his feet.
