Have said it before & will say it again. When studios release diversity data saying “40% of our directors are women and people of color” we should be calling BS. Those should be separate numbers.

It means 60% of your hires are white men. You’re putting women of all races, NB people of all races, and men of all races other than white into one lump “diversity” category. I’m not a numbers person but it makes absolutely no sense.
