Researchers from SMRU (Debbie JF Russell) and CREEM (C. Harris) went to a Cubs meeting & helped them work towards their Scientist Badge.Lots of fun w/ skulls, whale sounds, photo-ID game. Played games to show how hard it can be for animals to communicate when humans are so noisy!

One little common seal with the big pile of moulting male grey seals. High up the beach because greys like to be out of the water while they replace their fur this time of year. Means they are easy to see but also easy to disturb, so enjoy seal watching from a distance. x.com/tgojm1/status/…
