This is the 12th consecutive annual dividend increase for this dividend achiever

Dividends have accounted for 40% of historical stock market total returns

Capital gains have accounted for 60% of historical stock market total returns

For some reason some go out of their way to say that dividends don't matter

But nobody says that capital gains don't matter

That's very true

Money, for me, isn't what it can buy in material possessions, but it means intangibles such as freedom and peace of mind
