In forest bathing, we enter the woods to connect openly to the forest. We are not focused on getting anywhere—our intention is truly being somewhere. Forest bathing has a therapeutic effect because it involves interaction with the forest. The forest is our therapist. We are open.

Hi my name is Kyle. I am a person in long-term recovery and the intake/discharge coordinator at Divided Sky. I have spent the last decade assisting Vermonters struggling with addiction and Divided Sky is that place where my personal and professional beliefs come together.
