do you "warm up" or not...personally I think it just wastes time...when my ancestors were hunting wild boar etc I'm not too sure they took time out for some stretching before charging around for their dinner 😅🥩...I've never been injured in the gym by not warming up...

just wondered what folks thought...I'm now doing 3 workouts per week and feel so much healthier than I did 3 months ago...
