There are people here arguing that Trump didn’t advocate the overturning of the election. They are looking for argue with me but I just can’t. It’s exhausting and their grasp of reality is so tenuous that it’s like arguing with my toddler niece.

I just got a call from a guy trying to deliver a package to the house. There was a fox eating a rabbit on my front steps. When the delivery guy got near, the fox snarled at him. Package is on the sidewalk. Calls like this are why I like picking up for unknown phone numbers.

Youth hockey is full of racists. I wish instead of defending terrorism, they would teach kids how to win and lose with grace.

My 12yr old decided to walk through the snow on her hands bc the prints would confuse the neighbors in the morning. Who’s gonna tell her we are expecting 5 more inches overnight?

You know how in movies the wife tries to drive through the snow and gets stuck and the husband rescues her and they laugh and kiss. This is not that.

Anyone else pick up weird pandemic hobbies? My youngest is now super into SFX makeup and juggling whips. His bedroom and starting to look like a medieval dungeon.

I’m back to work in-person and seeing patients full time. I started wearing scrubs bc they are easy to strip off and clean. Why have I not been doing this forever? It’s like wearing pajamas to work!

If you close your eyes, can you picture the faces of people you know? I can’t. I always thought giving a police sketch was a fiction thing for TV/movies. Like how do you remember what people look like without a photo?

At dinner my daughter (12) mentioned listening to “California Dreaming” and her dad started singing. My daughter ran from the room screaming that we embarrassed her. We laughed. And that’s how I know we’ve become our parents.

My senior dog has liver failure. He is home for hospice care. Because he was dying, we let him eat whatever he wanted - mostly brie cheese. Today, he got up and ran around like I haven’t seen in years. I wonder if he tasted the brie and became motivated to live a little longer.

A guy I know gleefully recounted a story of being asked to wear a mask in a t-shirt store and refusing. The kid working was like 17. So was this some sort of weird flex by the guy that he is a moron who bullies children?

Dropped my kids and friends at Garden State Mall for a fun Saturday. They are texting me from the back of dressing rooms hiding from an active shooter. What the fuck is happening???
