Disabled people who were trying to get accessible tickets at Wembley on 31/08 are being excluded from this ballot because they didn't need to sign into Ticketmaster to try and book tickets. There should be a way to include those fans into this ballot or it's discrimination

A common question when I'm signposting Disabled people to take legal action for poor access at festivals and concerts is: Can we still go even after we take legal action or raise a complaint? Yes, you can still go, they cannot legally ban you for complaining about accessibility

Just seen the terms and conditions of Oasis ballot entry and unsurprisingly there's no access information in there or a mention for those Disabled fans who didn't log into Ticketmaster as we had to try and phone Wembley.

Hey I'm not going to be around for the rest of the day as my own Disabilities are flaring. I have however started contact with the Equality Advisory Support Service to see what they can do to help those affected by the Oasis situation. Once I have the information I'll pass it on

The Rail Delivery Group need to be disbanded & I don’t just mean having key players shuffled around elsewhere in the industry. They are one of the biggest barriers we have re accessibility & anyone who has any sense would stay far far away from them…

Tomorrow is Friday the 13th but it is also the day ballot sale codes for the extra #Oasis shows should be going out. If you get a code can you check what accessible information is on there and send it to me please. Still nothing on Wembley Stadium website about access either!

Disabled fan here 👋 The whole ballot process has been openly discriminatory. I can’t buy tickets to Wembley online, I HAVE to phone, and because of this I don’t have access to additional codes. What else are we supposed to do/have done?

And this is how poor accessibility can ruin the experience of Disabled people at gigs and festivals.
