The community health event was a huge success. 120+ people came and had their BP checked, of which 90 had bloods taken. This was a proper #partnership between so many orgs including Mosques, Council, NHS depts, GP surgery, VCS partners, Researchers & the local University.

It's been a pleasure working with Kensington Partnership Picton Medical Centre Bilton medical Centr Lister Surgery / City Medical Practice. We had brilliant turnout at our Together 4 Health Community Partnership health check clinic. Amazing how over 30% of people, who walked in on day needed #SocialPrescribing support. #Core25Plus5 #ReducingInequalitiesBDC

The Community Health Check event in West Bowling had a huge turnout with over 120 health checks carried out. Hopefully first of many such events across Bradford. Thank you to the many local organisations, councillors, ward officers and volunteers for making this happen.
