Today I was delighted to launch the United Nations Peacebuilding and Peace Support Women for Water & Peace project, jointly implemented by UN Capital Development Fund & International Labour Organization, with Nabeela Tunis and Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr OBE. This project will empower women as decision makers in their communities, mitigating conflicts over water and resources.
