Justice systems are rare. Canada doesn't have one. It has a court system. Courts use the law to protect the powerful.

A vexatious claim is the favoured tool well-off parties uses to strip normal citizens of their rights upheld. Courts are only to happy to oblige.

The law was not applied. A dirty judge - yes. Colluding parties (litigation agreement) - yes. Proof? You'd be surprised what people leave attached at the bottom of forwarded emails. And tools like Zetaro make comparing multiple docs easy. Lies & collusion pop out.

Everytime this Judicial injustice happens people complain about that instance. Problem is the whole system is corrupt - from appointment to oversight. It's a lot of money for a lot of bias decisions. Fix appointment process. For fixed and short - terms.

When a lawyer says they aren't going to deal the the details of an allegation BUT then raise a minor specific event as counter argument. You know they cannot counter the substance your claims. Its the muddying the waters part of law that undermines justice.

Corruption & lack of transparency go hand in hand. The court system lacks transparency. From appointment, 2 scheduling, 2 hearing in front of a supernumerary Judge (a maybe Judge), the public has no right to know. The doors to political interference are secretly open.

It's NOT a Justice System until it delivers Justice in every case. The moniker 'Justice System' obscures the fact the Court System is a set of rules, behaviours & employees. We elect the people who chose who is hired, how they are monitored & what is acceptable/unacceptable.

The decision of a corrupt Judge is the worst type of disinformation. It carries the authority of office and by inclination is deferred to if one gets lazy Judges on appeal. National interest is we're disinterested if you're self-rep'ed. The Rule of Lies, not Law.
