Very sad to hear of the death of Edinburgh colleague, Prof Jeffrey Pollard. Jeff was Director of the MRC Centre for Reproductive Health for 10 years after moving from Albert Einstein (NY). He did terrific research on breast cancer, especially the role of macrophages. A huge loss.
