The annual Disguise a Turkey Contest South Providence School resulted in Jon Griffith decorating a turkey to resemble one of his favorite math teachers, Mr. Cooke! Today South Providence School MS science Ss did a lab. Ss used rubber bands, beans & paperclips to represent worms, snails & crustaceans. Ss tested various beaks (represented by spoons, toothpicks & tweezers) & saw which beak is best for which prey. Jon Griffith Andrew G. Houlihan Union County Public Schools

I visited a South Providence School HS class to see Ss w/completed notes (& understanding!) about multiplying polynomials.
