Any additional nerfs are a typical Riot Games way to destroy a champ for no reason.
The other option that is IceBorn is too weak atm, maybe buffing it would solve the problem (+5cdr and Kindlegem in buildpath).

Deleting JG Rell is weird, while Maokai exists - an easier champ that is ruining E-sports with its uninteractive gameplay for a few years now.
