1/3 With thanks to funding support from a number of Renal organisations across the UK, the Ready, Steady, Go, Hello Charity are able to offer an opportunity for young people living with a kidney condition, aged 11-17 years old (up to day before 18th birthday).

2/3 This is an opportunity to meet with other young people with similar experiences through a virtual youth group. Siblings of the same age group are welcome to join in sessions too. Sessions will be monthly and led by trained Youth Workers from the PEEER Youth Service.
