At the American Society for Nutrition annual conference, DiabetesFreeSC shared the success of VeggieRx by FoodShareSC. Through the program, fresh food prescriptions helped lower A1C, BMI, BP and weight for patients with diabetes. Learn more here: bit.ly/4l0smr1

We participated in the diabetes coach Scientific Sessions, where we connected with global experts on the latest in diabetes care and prevention. We learned about promising therapies, tools and strategies that can help reduce complications and improve outcomes right here in SC.
