Ook in nieuw #easd #ada consensus rapport 2022 gepresenteerd vandaag op de #EASD2022 is metformine niet meer eerste keus voor diabetes type 2 maar sglt2 en glp1. Zelfde argumentatie als #nhg standaard. Advies is wel vaker en sneller combinatietherapie dus niet te lang wachten.
