From our analysis from TVT R, patients undergoing concomitant PCI and TAVR with Sapien 3 platforms had higher vascular complications (2 vs. 1.4%), and higher composite of mortality and stroke (42.8 vs. 43.5%, p = 0.012) at 3-years, c/t those who underwent PCI before the TAVR.
