Dr. Nirmal Kumar Soren, 1991 batch IRS officer, takes charge as Director General of apex agency of DGGI, SNU (West) under CBIC, overseeing critical regions of Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat & MP. Shri Soren shall be looking into crucial role of curbing revenue leakages.

Shri Nitish Kumar Sinha, 1991 batch IRS officer, takes charge as Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai Customs Zone-I, overseeing Mumbai Port area, Bonded Warehouses, and 6 Commissionerates. Shri Sinha has experience of working in various field formations including DGGI HQ Delhi.
