@f2_107 Mob Mentality Show … to be clear: There are no rules. #MobProgramming isn’t a set of techniques we simply follow. It is a much bigger idea: Let’s commit to finding ways to work together well - to “turn up the good” on collaboration. There is no “right way”, there are no “best practices”. Thanks!
#MobProgramming To be clear: There is no rule that we must switch the Driver Other teams might find they prefer to keep the same Driver all day long, for the duration of a story, or some other approach Woody Zuill trello.com/c/RCmW40X7/136…
Allen Holub. https://linkedIn.com/in/allenholub Gerben mikebrow Tyler Warren Hi! One mob I worked in we deployed to production at least 2 times a day, with no bug reports from production for a streak of 1.5 years. Of our currently active 7 mobs, most mobs go months without a production bug report. We do not keep a bug database they are just top priority.
