Very blessed after a long and hard working year of many ups and downs to say that I have made it and will be able to run at state after finishing district with a 16:17 to come back on one of the hardest courses to run a 16:28 I can’t wait to see how imma do at state

Big opener for our squad today! Highlights: 1-2-3 sweep of the men’s 3000m, led by George Wheeler with the #17 time in the NCAA (8:14), followed by Eli Peveto (8:21) & Harry Halford (8:26). Yasmin Austridge had a HUGE negative split (5:14/4:53) and won the women’s 3000m in 10:07!
