No hydrotherapy today but time to head off for my MOT through the magnetic tube to see how my brain and spinal cord are holding up. Always dread when the neurologist wants to discuss the results when they get them.

Hey peeps today will be the last stream till September. We will be doing the long over due IRL Becky cam filter aka me putting a shower towel thing on my head, lipstick and sun glasses. We will be playing Dream Daddy as I try and do a valley girl voice.

Well I finally caved and updated my pc to Windows 11.

You are allowed to make mistakes or fail at things. What's not ok is to give up or lock yourself into a inescapable prison become of them. What you need to do is learn from them and grow while learning from them. That's how you become a better you.
