I agree. Still some unforgivable losses.

Nobody pushed anything on me. I tweet what I want. It was just something I came across while writing a story and dug deeper on it.

They still lost games they shouldn't. They aren't THE reason Kansas State is 4-5. Never said that. It was just as I noted, a consideration, because I wouldn't have thought back in June the way I did knowing that.

What if I told you that I was not making excuses for anyone? Find where I said anything this year was acceptable and that the injuries erase all disappointments? The losses are still bad. This is still an under-achieving year.

This is ridiculous thing to say to someone.

You're not wrong. It shows they are much better and I never argued anything differently or even said the losses were excuses.

These weren't excuses. I'm not defending anyone. They still shouldn't have lost to Army or Arizona. Coaches lost the game when up 14 in the 4Q in Waco. Simply stated my expectations would have been different in June had I known those things.

I still would have expected even better than 6-6. Why I keep saying I'm not making excuses. It's still an under-achieving season by any measure.
