If you told me to describe myself in three words it would have to be - not very good at following orders.

Must be the first ever final where the winning team had no shot at goal. No shots on or off target for Spurs (if goal was an OG)

Enzo Maresca spent the season telling everyone that his team were too young and too inexperienced. Then he goes on a rant, criticising pundits for agreeing with him. A very weird bloke

Funny to hear narrative that PSG have gone away from the big signings of a few years ago. They have still spent €600m+ in last 2 years. Difference now is they have a brilliant manager who gets buy-in from everyone and players know team comes first.

Why are media trying to push narrative that PSG are some kind of poor underdog. €600m on transfers in last 2 years and by far the highest wages in football. What is motivation for sports journalists to lie like this and promote PSG as a great story?

Why does every Irish Manager think they have to play long ball and can't even try to pass the ball. None of the team play that way with their clubs and the attackers obviously hate that kind of service. But most importantly, it clearly doesn't work & hasn't in last 20+ years

The Hurling Prelim QF's is one of the most ridiculous things in GAA. Imagine winning a Joe Mac final and the GAA make you go out to get heavily beaten a week later. And it's even worse for the Joe Mac losers. So unnecessarily cruel on those teams and no one really wants it.

Possibly best ever half of hurling in an All Ireland final from Tipp. Definitely worst ever half of hurling in a final from Cork.

The most bizarre trend in modern transfers is when a club signs a player, the fans now have to convince themselves that the player has turned down better offers to sign for their club. The whole of football is becoming so childish and aimed towards idiots

If we want football to be fair, VAR is a great tool. Unfortunately, if officials want to favour a team, then VAR is also a great tool for them to do so. They can use it to find ways of benefitting their team.

So general analysis on yesterday is Arsenal should go to Anfield & easily beat Champions. But as they lost a tight game, they can now be completely written off & will never win anything. Even Liverpool fans slating Arsenal for not winning. Pool are better than everyone thinks.

Funny to hear TNT giving such praise to plucky Chelsea for only losing 3-1 tonight. Talked about huge disparity between teams, in terms of experience. But forgot to mention how Chelsea squad cost over €1bn more than Bayern. Not sure TNT would be same if other English clubs lost

The PGMOL’s very own Howard Webb clearly explaining why Saliba touching the ball while clashing heads accidentally with Joao Pedro must be a penalty… …so why have the rules changed today for Arsenal playing away at Newcastle when Gyokeres got cleaned out?

Derek O'Reilly (@derekor14) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Love how much that Arsenal winner annoyed Gary Neville. Spent the minute after goal going on about Arsenal not attacking with intent. Spent the week trying to push the narrative that Arsenal are having a poor season.

Derek O'Reilly (@derekor14) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Very little intelligent discussion in football media. Arsenal now top of table, 2 weeks after being slated by media & written out of title race. Now Liverpool apparently in crisis, a week after Sky were debating whether they had an unassailable lead. Every pundit has to be OTT

Derek O'Reilly (@derekor14) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The Ireland tactics are so baffling. Hard to believe a National team manager has such little understanding of tactics. Playing 5 at home to Armenia and having no shots on target should be the end of this management team.

Derek O'Reilly (@derekor14) 's Twitter Profile Photo

One of best things about Arsenal's good form is the trolls, like Brewin, O'Hara & Cundy, who are purely employed as wind up merchants, are now the ones who are getting wound up. They are given airtime just to provoke whinging from fans, but have now become worse themselves.

What a game of hurling and some performance from St Martin's. Well deserved win and again showing character at the end, when it looked like it might be slipping away.

Carragher goes on to say he loves it when players give a bit back in their celebrations. Funnily he didn't think that for Lewis Skelly. Labelled him arrogant & made up ridiculous lies, to paint him in a negative light. Wonder why his opinion on MLS & Madisson dramatically differ
