If you have the urge to do something kind for someone else, then do it. You don’t need permission, no warnings, no reasons. Just do it because your spirit is telling you to. If someone takes advantage of that, then it’s on them. You did a beautiful thing at the end of the day.

There’s power in the tongue. Speak blessings and positivity over your life as much and as often as you can. Never beat down on yourself, especially because in life you’ll encounter plenty of people that’ll try to break you. Know that you’re worthy, capable, and resilient!

It feels like I’ve been going a million miles per hour lately. I want positive change, and if that requires limited breaks, then so be it.

Stop supporting people that don’t support you. I’ve been guilty of this in the past. It’s easy to overlook someone’s disloyalty because you’re blinded by your own loyalty to them. I see this a ton on here. Take a moment, reflect, and you’ll see what I mean. It’s ok to walk away.

We all have limited time, and spending that time worrying about things that hold no value is a waste. Peace comes to those that accept the bad but understand good follows. In the thick of hardship, it feels like an eternity of suffering, but ease your mind. I promise it’ll end.

Cherish those friends that check on you every single day, make sure you’re good when no one else does, always have your best interest in mind, and truly care deeply for you. Friendships like those are extremely rare!

Address it when it happens. Don’t allow someone to disrespect you more than once without correcting the issue head-on. If not, you’ll only be seen as weak. They’ll continue to overstep your boundaries and push your limits.
