There are some excellent foods in season this month including kale, which is a bit of a nutrient powerhouse! Blend it up with avocado, ginger, lime juice and pineapple for a vitamin and mineral-packed smoothie, or roast with olive oil in the oven for kale crisps! #kale #healthy

It’s Pancake Day 🥞 We love oat pancakes in our house - simply mix 80g oats, two eggs and 16 tbsp unsweetened milk of choice. To cook, melt a little coconut oil in a hot frying pan and fry on each side for about 60 seconds. Top with banana and fresh berries. #PancakeDay
