DBPD detectives are conducting an investigation into a vehicle crash on Angler Drive that left one person dead and another with significant injuries. The crash happened just before 6 p.m.

UPDATE: The driver, Elson Silencieux, is facing charges of 2nd degree murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, leaving the scene of a traffic crash with a fatality and leaving the scene of a traffic crash with serious bodily injury.
