Busy week for me, but that means I get to see/interact with some of the best and brightest #emailgeeks #emailnerds in the space. Here’s a little hint at how I’m starting the week…

But seriously, *everybody* really is doing email. Stop by and see the MessageGears team at #ANAEEC, win a prize at the booth or just come chat me up. I’m always game for talking email!

If your subscribers don’t remember signing up for your emails, did you do it wrong? Not necessarily! We all forget things. But if you’re setting clear expectations at opt-in and sending regular, relevant content, this number should be much lower for your organization

If you’re sending email to people who didn’t ask for it and it’s going to the spam folder (or getting blocked altogether), you don’t need a deliverability expert. The filters are working as designed. #EmailMarketing #deliverability

Had a great time at the #ESPC Spring Meeting yesterday, even if I *was* awake for 22 hours. Saw many friendly faces and had some good conversations about #email, #deliverability, and even #hotsauce!
