Does HEMS respond where it's needed most? Just published SJTREM Pre-hospital critical care saves lives & the most deprived are more likely to have critical illness or injury. But the Inverse Care Law says resource is often distributed inversely to need. sjtrem.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…
