First week of the DeepLabCut 🦄 #AIResidency, it’s a wrap! Looking forward to the next 6 weeks, and feeling lucky to be part of this fantastic program 🐭🌟🤸‍♀️

Collaborating with Peter Dijkstra’s lab, we developed a DeepLabCut pose estimation model for Astatotilapia burtoni communities. From the multi-animal model, we also manually assembled poses for two individual cichlids separated by a divider and calculated their kinematics.
