Constant delays mean at present there isn't a scheme available to homeowners. Our politicians want you to believe we are sorted.

A year ago today pre-legislative scrutiny was refused by Govt on the grounds of the urgency to implement the DCB scheme.

As defective block home owner's we are already thinking about the winter, we don't know how we will heat our homes+ are already worried about our large electricity bills, we can't even be hopeful about a forth coming scheme that does not cover everything. Darragh O'Brien

So that's a wrap! 400 kg of defective Donegal concrete blocks & cores from the inner & outer leaf & the rising walls. Importantly we now have foundation concrete samples. All packed & shipped to Empa, University Laval, UConn & Concrete Research Testing LLC for analysis 👍

If it wasn’t for Professor Paul Dunlop we would never have got the evidence of what is causing homes to crumble in Donegal. Against much resistance, Paul setup an international research team. Victims can no longer be ignored. The State failed to enforce regulations. Thanks Paul 🙏🏻

Would you care to explain the reasoning for this minister? For example, why is retrospective redress included in Apt. scheme & not the block scheme?

Failing to take on board & publish valid criticism of a severely under-resourced market surveillance system of quarries' activities, does not give confidence that measures necessary are being implemented to ensure people are protected from yet another construction catastrophe.

Internal emails involving Twitter staff in Dublin, which I’ve seen, suggest staff pulled favours for FFG cronies. Staff deleted tweets on request from cronies despite Twitter legal maintaining those tweets had not in fact broken their rules. All in writing! 👀
