I intentionally ruined my credit to prove you can get every negative removed from your credit report. My FICO went from 812 to 461. I was at 712 in 4 months! I owned a collection agency. I know how this works. I documented everything & wrote a HOW TO book. rickmansfield.com

When opening a checking account banks & credit unions often pull ChexSystems reports. It's similar to a credit report. It tracks how you've handled checking accounts. (Bounced checks?) Get a free report by calling 800.428.9623 Or go to chexsystems.com

For the sake of this post I'll say nobody borrows money intending not to pay it back. Life happens. You're behind on payments. Your credit sucks! You blocked me. Now you're scrambling to find me. I really can do what "EXPERTS" say can't be done. My process is unique but legal>>>

Stuck in a co-signer's nightmare? Ask the lender to send you the same notifications that the primary borrower gets. Don't wait until the debt is delinquent. Every 6 months, while the debt is current, look for refinancing options to remove your name from the debt.

Experian sued me to stop publication of my credit repair book, claiming info in the book was proprietary. I countersued & won $3000. I settled for such a small amount since all I wanted was to get the book published Contact me for coaching or get the book RickMansfield.com

A collection agency offered to settle a $61,000 debt for $9000. Generous right? The letter violated the Fair Debt Collection Act. I called. Told them I'd sue. They knew I knew they violated the law. They wiped out the debt & paid me $800! Know your rights. rickmansfield.com/credit-repair-…

You're right. The old saying is "Knowledge is power". I say-Knowledge is money! Collection agencies in particular violate consumer's rights everyday assuming no one knows their rights. They pay off the few that do. They consider it a cost of doing business
