It is #YoungCarersActionDay - it's amazing to see so many local, national and even international activities to 'Make time for young carers' - from webinars, to young carers presenting an open letter to (UK Prime Minister), to fun activities for young carers - it's set to be a great day!

It's great to start #YoungCarersActionDay by joining Japenese NGO Tokyo Soteria for their Young Carers symposium. I'll be talking about the history of YCAD, the work of Carers Trust Young Carers Alliance and answering the question "What could you do for young carers if you had 10 minutes?"
