Well said. DESIGNS findings include the difficulty in de-aggregating official data sets to get a clear picture on where deaf people work, & there’s no clear overview on reasonable accommodations put in place by employers.

Can’t believe it’s 21 years ago this month that I took on the role of coordinator UCC for a #Horizon2 funded project with University of Bristol & Deaf Enterprises to train #ISL1nt & #ISLTeachers The #impact of that programme continues today.
