Today, Speaker Kazarwa Gertrude met with the UN Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, Mr Olivier de Schutter Olivier De Schutter, who is in Rwanda for an official visit. They discussed Rwanda's programs and the parliament's role in eradicating poverty.

The UN Special Rapporteur on Extreme Poverty and Human Rights, Mr. Olivier De Schutter, and his delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Justice, Rt. Hon. MUKANTAGANZWA Domitilla.

Min. Dr. Emmanuel Ugirashebuja today received UN Special Rapporteur Olivier De Schutter. Discussions focused on access to justice for low-income individuals, digitalization of Justice services, follow-up on int'l #HumanRights obligations, and Rwanda’s rights-based approach to poverty reduction.
