Interesting that when asked if Francis was injured yesterday Gary said we need the whole squad. He was certainly one of the lethargic players at Donny so wonder if it was a reaction to that?

If your going to wear your socks down by your ankles you need to do more then pass the ball backwards,unable to find a team mate with a forward pass get booked every game and put every free kick into the wall or over the bar

As I was saying! Thought Ed James was decent and Birch grew into the game and Andrew(can’t spell his surname) looked lively . Easy selection for Gary on Saturday barring injuries.

Can’t fault the lads character. Whitworth along with the defence superb this evening. Best I’ve seen McMillan play . Brierley and Doyle quality in midfield. Definitely need a couple of pacey players going forward #ecfc

Everyone rightly praising McMillan for his performance last night. For me he did exactly what he always does when in midfield-neat and tidy,filling in for teammates and making decent forward runs at times. Underrated player for us . Hope he gets a new contract #ECFC
