Give. Give of your time and talents. Give, without expectation of reward. Give because it’s what helps bind us together as a community of humans. And, it’s the right thing.

"For example, one company found that its most talented developers were spending excessive time on noncoding activities such as design sessions or managing interdependencies across teams." Uh oh. mckinsey.com/industries/tec…

Why are organizations getting rid of their agile folks? What happens after they're gone? Jesse Fewell joins me for a conversation about why this is happening and how it impacts organizations and the people they keep. bit.ly/3L3ZLkO Aaron Smith PMI #pmot

If you need to know how far Twitter has fallen, an asteroid sample collected by NASA touched down on Earth this morning and I never saw #OSIRISREx (or any variation) trending, not once. You'd never know it happened.

This is a great conversation of my thoughts on the current changes to the work of an Agile Coach. What led us here and where does it go next? We have some answers to that.

Dear #lazyweb, Are there any VPS hosting providers that (1) Allow arbitrary OSes to be installed from .iso and (2) Offer free-tier service to #OpenSource projects ?

The real innovation killer in product teams? Low safety. Without it, curiosity fades and courage bows to career fears. Leadership sets the tone: when failure becomes a learning step, not a misstep, teams dare to try. Embrace 'red' moments as a path to better.

Just for the record: it *does* still annoy me when someone writes an article allegedly about "agile" and when you open it, everything is scrum. "Agile" is not an alternate spelling of "scrum" nor of "SAFe" nor of "XP" -- Agile is bigger than any framework.

Your org chart ≠ how you should work. Here's some mistakes: ↳OKRs following the org chart (exec OKRs>Dept OKRs>team OKRs) ↳Work breakdown too (Enterprise Initiatives>Dept Initiatives>Epics) ↳Communication. Needing to go through hierarchy. Manage the work, not the org chart.
