It’s National Athletic Training Month! We will be sharing info all month long regarding who and what makes up Kangaroo Athletic Training. Below are just a few ways our program brings value to our athletic programs and community! #NATM2024 #BeGreAT

AT’s don’t just address injuries when they happen - we educate and assist athletes in preventative strategies. One of our goals in W’Ford is to help athletes perform at their optimal level, so we built a recovery room. Prepare, Train Hard, Recover for tomorrow. #NATM2024

For #NATM2024, we will be spotlighting our students. First up is senior, Paighton Porter who we all know as “Pickle.” Her positive personality and antics will be missed after this year. She has been a valued part of Roo AT for 3 years!

Our next #NATM2024 spotlight is senior Nicole Willis! Nicole has been in our program for 2 years and was our “Newcomer of the Year” last year. On top of working with us, she has been a part of our wrestling team as well 🤼‍♀️ We’ll miss her leadership in the fall!

#NATM Spotlight on senior, Adisyn! Adisyn has been in the program for 3 years and was Newcomer of the Year her sophomore year! She holds down the varsity baseball dugout and has been Coach Lee’s right hand lady. We will miss her, but know she’s gonna crush her future endeavors!

#NATM Spotlight is the one & only, Megan “Clogs” Kilgore. When she’s not causing absolute chaos, Megan does a great job taking initiative in the training room. Megan has spent the last 2 years helping our softball programs and her leadership with underclassmen will be missed!

#NATM Spotlight today is Madison Lawrence! Madison has only been with us a year - we wish we would have had more time with her, but she’s been busy as a captain on our varsity cheer squad as well 📣 This future Aggie may be a colleague in about 6 years 👀 She’s gonna crush it!!

#NATM2024 Spotlight is Canyon Winborne! Canyon is in her 2nd year in our program and leads our students with Women’s Basketball. Canyon is also a member of our track team. She is an enthusiastic lady who truly enjoys helping others and takes great pride her duties!!

#NATM Spotlight is RemDog Meador! Remi is in her 2nd year with us and part of our fantastic crew that works with our men’s basketball team. When she’s not helping us, she’s hitting bombs on the 🥎 team. Remi was was also voted “All Around AT Student” by her peers this year!!!

#NATM Spotlight today is Brynli Ruthesell! Affectionately known as “Eeyore,” she has been in the program for 2 years and works with our men’s basketball team! When she’s not helping us, she’s killing it on the tennis court 🎾 Brynli means business and we love her leadership!

If you’re part of a team, you’ve agreed to a standard (of effort, attitude, behavior, etc). Don’t get offended when someone holds you accountable to the standard you agreed to. Just get better.
