#warrior included...60 push-ups, 90 deadlifts, 60 burpees, 90 squats, 2 min wall sits, 2 min squat jumps, 2 min planks PLUS lots of running. Getting better isn’t always fun, but feeling good is. Way to go FiA Columbia
