A1: Our primary reason for establishing a CAB was to gather deeper insights into how educators were using the ReelDx library to improve student engagement #CXChat - they have huge input on product roadmap!

A2: We find our CAB also gives us visibility into trends in education (market) - these early insights contribute to strategic decision-making about what our customers will want in the future #CXChat

A3: When considering possible CAB members include customers across market segments and spectrum of excitement about your product...those who love it to your worst critics. #CXChat
