Apparently, JULY 2022 is the hottest/driest July since 1911.
So, 111 years ago, JULY 1911 WAS JUST AS HOT/DRY.
Did they:
* Broadcast heat warnings.?
* Forecast an increase in
deaths?
* Advise people not to go to
work?
NO, people didn't need a nanny State in those days.
