#OTD 20 years ago, #Rita made landfall near the Texas/Louisiana border as a Category 3 storm. Coming on the heels of #Katrina, Rita prompted the largest evacuation in U.S. history. Gridlock would ultimately lead to the deaths of more than 100 people.
