We all saw this coming, based on Justice Thomas’ concurring opinion in the Presidential Immunity case. There will be an appeal or at the same time, an indictment by the US Attorney in DC or the Southern District of Florida. No special appointment required for that

Coming as no great surprise, the 11th Circuit will weigh in on the dismissal. What remains to be seen, is how fast will the docket move.
