I've noticed a growing number of #AgileCoaches post frequently of their angst toward corporations/leaders/managers. Not criticism & debate but loathing & resentment. Strange. I rather appreciate people with #courage to employ others & coordinate #teams around worthy endeavors.

How to get good at writing user stories: 1️⃣ Stop using the dogmatic format "As a ___, I want ___, so that ___." 2️⃣ Listen to real users. 3️⃣ Write down the words that come out of their face.

3 Ways To Invest In Your Software Developers 1️⃣ Provide great tools. The productivity gain they'll enjoy is well worth the $$$. 2️⃣ Provide $$$ for ongoing education. Too few developers understand TDD, for example. 3️⃣ Facilitate cross-pollination of ideas & skills across teams.

I confess: I have no idea how to use snort.social. I think it's confusing. I don't know how it intends to be valuable or even useful to me. What is the proposed vision of that social media service?

If you use Cypressjs: 1. WIN + R 2. %localappdata%/Cypress/Cache 3. Select all 4. Delete YOU'RE WELCOME! -- What's this? I had 33 GIGS of Cypress binaries on my system after 5 years using Cypressjs in my projects.

My honest opinion of PASSKEYS: 1. This technology is half-baked. 2. It's too much "magic" and not enough UI. I have a daughter whose passkey is somehow attached to my Windows Hello face & pin. How is this possible? People need to be able to manage their passkeys, see which

I've been using a software called digiKam (free) to sort through tens-o-thousands of family photos. It includes free machine-learning models for facial recognition. I've learned TWO frightening truths in this process: 1. The face-recognition model easily mixes the faces of

I don't know if this will comfort you to know that facial-recognition AI models can accurately identify your face no matter how many chins you develop in old age. Me at 20 years of age with 1 chin; me at 51 years of age with 3. There's no escaping the AI.
