Our union is 75% women. The rocketing workloads and pay erosion are underpinned by this government fundamentally devaluing women's work.

Too many women in education are forced to go part time to work full time as education is a profession no longer compatible with family life.

If a tax cut saves you £20 a month but:

- You can’t get the healthcare you need unless you go private
- Your rent was hiked by 20% because there’s not enough housing being built
- A short train journey costs more than an international flight
